We deliver in Europe, to the UK, and selected other countries worldwide. If you live somewhere we don't currently deliver we'd be very happy to arrange a special delivery if we can, so please get in touch and we'll see what we can do; ;

Netherlands and Belgium

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch your parcel within 1-3 working days of your order after receiving the payment on stocked items. We will do everything we can to get your order to you in as timely a manner as possible. 

Who delivers my order?

All our orders will be shipped by DHL. After receiving the payment, you will receive a track and trace code 'which you can trace your order. Once you place your order, you can tell us on what day your order must be delivered and we are taking this into account.

Not at home
If you are not at home when the order is being delivered, the mailman will try to deliver your order the next day. If you are not at home the second time, when the postman arrives, you can take over the packet at the nearest post office. You can get your packet for at least five days. But you can also choose within 5 days a third delivery. If you are again not at home, the purchase order will be sent in return. If you want to re-arrange a new shipment, you have to pay new delivery costs.

In the case of delay
If you haven't received your order within three working days, something has gone wrong. Please contact us directly and we will investigate with the appropriate carrier and strive to deliver your order as soon as possible.

How many delivery costs do I pay?
For delivery within The Netherlands and Belgium, there are free delivery available for all orders over Euro €100, -. Orders less then Euro €100, - are charged a flat rate of Euro €8,00, -.

International Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For international orders, please allow 7-21 business days for delivery on stocked items. Certain destinations may take longer. If your parcel doesn’t arrive within 21 days please let us know – .

How many delivery costs do I pay?

Shipping costs to countries outside the Netherlands and Belgium vary greatly depending on the shipment destination and the weight of the parcel. Please proceed to checkout to see the shipping cost relevant to you.

Worldwide Delivery – from € 15.00

Who delivers my order?

All our orders will be shipped by DHL. Please note that this information is an indication provided by DHL and that we cannot guarantee any delivery time based on this information.

You may be charged for local import duties and custom charges on the arrival of the goods in your country. Very often, the local delivery company will call you prior delivery to pay these charges. We have no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination, for which you will be liable for.
