Returns policy


 

We want you to be really happy with everything you buy from us.

Please let us know in advance that you are returning something by using the following form.

Complaints

Very occasionally items are faulty or damaged. If you think this is the case or you have a complaint, please describe the problem include pictures and contact us as soon as you can and within 5 days at s. The photo should clarify what the complaint is and how we can correct it. Within 24 hours (on working days) you will receive a message with a proposal to exchange the item or to exchange a part of it. This service is free of charge, because we are responsible for the proper functioning of the product.

 

Returns

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchased item, you are always entitled to return or exchange your items within 14 working days from the time of delivery. You do not have to mention a reason. Please make sure items are well packed; we suggest returning items in their original packaging. We can’t refund items that are damaged on their return journey to us. The invoice should be returned as well. The return costs are always at the buyer’s expense.

How to return a product?

When you want to return, or exchange your purchased item(s), you need to fill out the following form. You can return your items to below address. Please note, the shipping costs for returns or exchanges are on your own expense also international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside The Netherlands. Please ensure the item you return will be handled with care. We are not responsible for any damages that happen during the return shipment or for the loss of your item during shipment. We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting. Damaged items will not be accepted. The item must be returned unused, undamaged and with the labels attached.

If you want to return the product because it is damaged, the abovementioned rules apply to. If you have any damage, you should provide the supplier with the opportunity to replace your product for a proper product. Exchange, as stated above, is always free.

We recommend you get a (free) proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we can’t refund returned items that fail to arrive back with us.

If the item(s) you are returning cost more than €100,- we recommend you use a tracked delivery service with insurance to the value of the item(s) you are returning. We can’t refund returned items that fail to arrive back with us, or that are damaged on their return journey to us.

When will I receive my money back drom a retrun?

Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Once the item has been accepted we will refund to your bank account within 30 days.

Sale items

Items purchased at reduced price or in advertised sales - the same as normal returns except we ask you to return sale items within 7 days.
